How to Use SNAP Mobile
Make business calls, transfer, conference, chat, and check voicemail from your personal phone.
Installation & Login
Download the app
Search for "SNAP Mobile" in the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and install it.
Log in
Host ID: simplefiber. Username: your extension and domain (e.g., ext#@domain). Password: your password.
Making Calls
There are two ways to place a call in SNAP Mobile.
From Contacts
Select a contact
Find the contact you want to call.
Tap the phone icon
Press the phone icon to the right of the contact to start the call.
From the Dialpad
Open the dialpad
Press the yellow dialpad icon in the lower right corner.
Dial the number
Enter the phone number or extension.
Start the call
Press the phone icon to place the call.
Transferring a Call
Press Transfer
During an active call, press the Transfer button.
Choose the destination
Select whether to transfer to a contact or dial a number.
Select transfer type
Choose blind transfer (immediate) or attended transfer (speak to the recipient first).
Conference Calling
Add a participant
During an active call, press "Add call."
Dial or select a contact
Choose a contact from your list or dial a number to add to the conference.
Chat & SMS
Open messaging
Select the Messaging tab at the bottom of the app.
Start a new message
Tap the pencil icon in the lower right corner.
Send your message
Type the phone number or contact, compose your message, and press Send. Active chats appear on this tab.
Note: SMS must be enabled by Simple Fiber. Contact support@simplefiber.com or dial *HELP from your phone to request SMS activation.
Voicemail
Open voicemail
Tap the voicemail icon at the bottom of the app.
Browse messages
View messages sorted by new, saved, or trash.
Manage a voicemail
Tap a voicemail for playback, callback, save, forward, or delete options.
