Submit SNAP Mobile Logs

How to send diagnostic logs to Simple Fiber when troubleshooting the SNAP Mobile app.

Send Your Logs

If our support team asks you to submit logs, follow these steps. The app will automatically attach your device info and log files.

Open the menu

Press the hamburger menu (three lines icon) in the bottom right of the app.

Go to About

Press "About."

Submit feedback

Press "Submit Feedback."

Send the email

Press "Send" — this will open an email to support@simplefiber.com with your device info and log files attached automatically.

Note: You do not need to type anything in the email. The app fills in all the necessary diagnostic information for you.
