Optimize SNAP Mobile on Samsung
Battery and notification settings for Samsung Galaxy devices to keep SNAP Mobile running reliably in the background.
Note: Try these settings one at a time until your issues are resolved. You may not need all of them.
1. Exclude from Battery Optimization
Open app settings
Navigate to Settings > Apps.
Find SNAP Mobile
Select SNAPMobile from the app list.
Set to Unrestricted
Select Battery, then select "Unrestricted."
2. Disable Adaptive Battery
Open battery settings
Navigate to Settings > Battery and Device Care, then select Battery.
Disable Power Saving
Ensure Power Saving is turned off.
Turn off Adaptive Battery
Select "More Battery settings" and disable "Adaptive Battery." You may also need to change Processing speed to High or Maximum.
3. Disable App Sleeping
Search for Sleeping Apps
Navigate to Settings and search for "Sleeping Apps."
Disable the setting
Disable "Put unused apps to sleep."
4. Disable Daily Optimization
Search for Auto Optimize
Navigate to Settings and search for "Auto optimize daily."
Disable the toggle
Turn off the Auto optimize daily toggle.
Note: Changing these settings can cause your battery to drain faster. Only apply the settings you need to resolve SNAP Mobile issues.
